When should I use the support pillow in the tall position?

For older babies, you can use the support pillow buttoned up to help the head and neck for extra support when needed for a taller child, or such as when they are sleeping.

Ensure that your baby is visible and their ear is clearing the top of the panel. The support pillow can be used in the front carry facing inward or in the back carry. The support pillow should not be used in the tall/up position when your child is facing outward.
