What is the most comfortable positioning in a Ring Sling?

We would recommend wearing the shoulder of the ring sling capping your shoulder so that it comes down over the top of your arm, if possible. It helps to spread the sling widely across your back to help distribute the weight.

If possible, switch the sling from one shoulder to the other, if wearing for extended periods of time. 

Keeping your sling snug will be more comfortable for you, and will also support baby.
